These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Bajeep platform (bajeep.net) and its associated mobile applications. By creating an account or using the platform, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms.

Bajeep operates under an international gaming license. These rules have been established to ensure the platform runs legally and to protect our users. Bajeep reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account that fails to comply with these terms.

Opening an account on Bajeep requires meeting certain basic eligibility criteria. Accounts that do not meet these criteria will either not be approved or may be closed at a later stage.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register — creating an account under this age is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are created using the same details, all of them will be closed.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information at registration is mandatory — creating an account with false details may result in all funds being forfeited.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required to register.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential is your responsibility — sharing account access with others is not allowed.

Account verification (KYC) may be requested at any time, especially before large withdrawals. You will need to submit a National ID (NID) or passport along with a selfie to complete verification. Failing to complete KYC may restrict large transactions.

Bajeep supports deposits through Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes.
• Always note down the transaction ID once a payment is completed.
• Payments must be sent to Bajeep's designated payment number only — Bajeep is not responsible for funds sent to the wrong number.
• If your deposit has not arrived within 20 minutes, contact support with your transaction ID.
• Third-party payments are not accepted — all transactions must be made from your own account.

Withdrawing your winnings from Bajeep is straightforward, though a few conditions must be met for security and anti-money laundering purposes.

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳ 500.
• Processing typically takes 15–30 minutes; bank transfers may take 24–48 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the rollover requirement has been met.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000 — amounts above this require separate approval.

Certain core rules apply to all betting on Bajeep at all times — covering every type of wager, whether on cricket, football, lottery, or anything else.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — although the Cash Out feature may be available in certain cases.
• If a match is cancelled, all bets will be refunded.
• Match results are determined based on official sources or data from the relevant sports board.
• If a bet is not accepted or is voided due to a technical issue, the amount will be refunded.
• Any bet accepted before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• If contradictory bets placed from multiple accounts on the same event are detected, all bets will be voided.

In live betting, odds can change rapidly. If you have not confirmed your bet before submission, you may be prompted to accept the updated odds if they change. Declining the new odds will cancel the bet and your funds will be returned.

Bajeep's bonus program adds extra value for users. However, each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

• Rollover requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified number of bets must be placed (typically 5x–20x). The rollover requirement is listed on each bonus page.
• Validity: Most bonuses are valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• One bonus at a time: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Winnings from bonuses: If the rollover has not been completed, only your deposited real money balance can be withdrawn — not any winnings earned from the bonus.
• Abuse: If evidence of bonus system abuse is found, the bonus will be voided and the account suspended.

To keep Bajeep a fair and safe platform, certain activities are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in serious consequences.

• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using betting bots or automated software.
• Selling, renting, or transferring your account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

Bajeep believes betting should be fun — never a source of distress. A range of responsible gaming tools are built into the platform to help keep it that way.

• Any user can set their own deposit limit.
• A cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days) is available — account login will be disabled for the duration.
• You can permanently close your account through self-exclusion.
• It is the account holder's responsibility to ensure that no one under the age of 18 can access the platform.

Under certain circumstances, Bajeep may temporarily or permanently suspend an account. You can contact support to find out the reason.

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If fraud is suspected.
• If inaccurate information is found during KYC verification.
• At the account holder's own request.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 24 months).

Users may also request account closure at any time. If there is a remaining balance at the time of closure, it must be withdrawn beforehand.

For any dispute involving a transaction, betting outcome, or bonus, contact Bajeep's support team first. Most disputes can be resolved through direct discussion.

• Disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the incident.
• The support team typically responds in writing within 7 business days.
• If you are not satisfied with support's decision, you may request a review at a higher level.
• Complaints can also be submitted to Bajeep's licensing authority.
